Zach was born and raised in Columbia, SC and attended the College of Charleston where he received a degree in Business Administration. After college, Zach spent several years in the golf industry, starting at Kiawah Island Golf Resort outside of Charleston. Golf eventually brought Zach to Hilton Head Island in 2007 where he continued to work the courses while also sharpening his customer service skills in the Food & Beverage industry.

Zach made the transition to real estate in 2015 and has enjoyed a thriving career helping buyers and sellers in and around the island. He started his career with Sea Pines Real Estate and came full circle in 2025 when he returned as a partner at the South Beach brokerage.

In his spare time, Zach can be found on one of Hilton Head Island’s many scenic golf courses or practicing his serve on the tennis court.
