Sea Pines
THE HEART OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND
Sea Pines is the heart of Hilton Head and anchors the southern most tip of this 14-mile long barrier island. Palmetto Dunes / Shelter Cove
MID-ISLAND ABUNDANCE
Oceanfront Palmetto Dunes and its sister, deep water development, Shelter Cove Harbour, are centrally located in what is popularly referred to as mid-Island, equal distance between the south end of the Island – including Coligny Circle and Sea Pines – and the north end, which includes many fine shopping, dining and recreational opportunities. Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove Harbour are situated directly across from one another. Hilton Head’s main thoroughfare, Hwy. 278, separates the two distinct communities. Wexford

Wexford Plantation is a highly acclaimed, private residential gated community located near the south end of Hilton Head off William Hilton Parkway. Shipyard

This 800-acre development is located at the south end of Hilton Head and combines residential living with resort vacationing. A small portion of Shipyard touches the Atlantic providing beach access at the residents-only Shipyard Beach Club and the Sonesta Oceanfront Resort hotel. Forest Beach
ONE OF HILTON HEAD’S OLDEST & UNIQUE NEIGHBORHOODS
Forest Beach runs parallel to the Atlantic ocean on the southern end of Hilton Head. It’s an eclectic three-mile residential and commercial stretch comprised of the North and South Forest Beach areas. Centered at Coligny Circle, Forest Beach is one of Hilton Head’s oldest and most unique neighborhoods. Some homes and beachside bungalows were built in the 1950s and 1960s and remain as built today. The main attraction for residents and visitors to Forest Beach is the close proximity to the sea. Each lot in the area is within 600 yards of the Atlantic. While most of Hilton Head’s planned communities are gated, Forest Beach has neither gates nor private security. All of Forest Beach is within walking distance to some of the island’s original shopping, dining and entertainment establishments located in nearby Coligny Plaza.
Long Cove

Small by comparison, with just over 630 acres, Long Cove is located off William Hilton Parkway, adjacent to Wexford Plantation on Hilton Head’s south end. Founded in the early 1950’s and one Hilton Head’s original neighborhoods, Folly Field Beach is located on the north end of Hilton Head Island along the Atlantic, nestled between Port Royal Plantation and Palmetto Dunes. Oceanfront, eclectic and situated within close proximity to Hwy. 278, Folly Field is close to the commercial shopping and dining centers of Port Royal Plaza and Shelter Cove Harbour. Palmetto Hall
