Sebastian has been connected to Sea Pines since the early 1990s, visiting regularly with his wife, Kristina, whose family has long called the community home and who lived in Sea Pines as a child.

Before entering real estate, Sebastian spent eight years developing custom residential homes in Colorado, with a focus on sustainable, single-family properties, including LEED-certified projects. He then worked for thirteen years in the renewable energy sector as a developer and consultant, advancing commercial and utility-scale solar and wind projects across the United States and in the UK. This background has shaped a disciplined, long-term approach to evaluating property, value, and risk.

Sebastian joined Sea Pines Real Estate in 2025 where his uncle, Bob Clark, is a veteran Sea Pines real estate agent with over 30 years of experience in the community.

Outside of real estate, Sebastian enjoys golf, pickleball, padel, and travel, particularly to his native Argentina. Sebastian has a bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in systems engineering from Stanford University.
