Born and raised in Sea Pines, Margaret grew up immersed in the rhythms of Lowcountry life—riding bikes beneath live oaks, spending days on the water, and learning firsthand what makes this community such a special place to call home. She attended Hilton Head Preparatory School and is the daughter of a land developer, giving her an early understanding of property, planning, and the long view of real estate.

Today, Margaret brings that foundation to her role at Sea Pines Real Estate, pairing deep local knowledge with a thoughtful, client-first approach. Married to a custom home builder, she offers clients valuable insight into construction, renovations, and long-term value—helping them look beyond finishes to understand how a home truly lives.
