Lynn Shealy was born and raised in Washington, GA and Lynn and her family have been living in Bluffton for a little over 17 years. Lynn and her family were frequent visitors to Hilton Head for over 29 years prior to relocating joining the family business, a Remodeling and Construction Company. Lynn’s family has over 35 years of experience in home building and land development which naturally led her to a career in real estate.

Her career began in the commercial loan department of Athens First Bank before moving to Bluffton, SC in 2005. Shortly after moving to the area, Lynn earned her Real Estate License and joined a privately owned vacation rental company. For 6 years, Lynn worked in property management with her eyes set on listing and selling homes. That opportunity came with a position as a real estate assistant at Sea Pines Real Estate – Beach Club. The experience she gained and dedication to her work cultivated an even greater opportunity when she joined a local real estate team as a Licensed Executive Assistant and a few years later as a Realtor honing in on the Bluffton and Hilton Head markets.

With her husband, Sterling, two daughters, Brittany and Madi, one grandson, Kasen “Bubba”, and 3 dogs, Lynn calls Bluffton home, enjoying everything the beautiful small town has to offer from its waterfront scenery to its fascinating history. Family days include boating on the May River, golf cart rides through Old Town Bluffton and enjoying the culture, restaurants, shops and many festivals that Bluffton has to offer.
