Heidi Gardner is a true native of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and a 25+ year resident of Palmetto Dunes. She grew up enjoying the Lowcountry Lifestyle with her 8 younger siblings and loves helping others discover how special the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton area truly is. Heidi enjoys spending time with her son and family at the beach, attending Lowcountry community festivals, biking, boating, fishing, and marsh hunting. Heidi grew up in a Real Estate family and decided to get her license and join the family business in 2004. She then went on to get her Real Estate Brokers License in 2009. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, the Hilton Head Association of REALTORS®, and the Hilton Head Multiple Listing Service.
