Ann Eden has been an Island resident since 1988. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Ann lived in Bronxville, NY and New Canaan, CT prior to moving to Hilton Head Island. Ann holds a BA degree from Lake Erie College in Painesville, OH and a MA degree in French from Middlebury College, La Sorbonne, Paris, France.

Ann got her real estate license in 1989 and has been a Top Producer over the years. She uses her extensive knowledge and expertise to provide the best customer service and making clients for life!

Ann served for 3 years on the Hilton Head Board of Realtors. She is an active member of the Professional Standards Committee, member of the World Affairs Council and a member of St Luke’s Church. She is a recipient of the Realtors Service Award 2001-2023 and has an e-Pro Certification.

Ann’s past work experience includes working as a translator in Paris, France, a caseworker in the US House of Representatives in Washington, DC and in the Air and Water Programs of the Environmental Protection Agency, as assistant to the Chairman of the Board of the Louis Dreyfus Company in New York City, as a French teacher in New York City, and as a French and Latin teacher at Hilton Head Preparatory School.

Ann is married to Al Graham and has two grown daughters and two granddaughters. She has lived in Windmill Harbour since 2007. She enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, and is a world traveler.
